Today is January 13 & 14, 2011.
I started my exercising routine with the Shakeology 30 minute workout. Since I have not worked out for sometime, I had a difficult time getting started, BUT my motivation was there. My coordination and balance were pathetic, but this is my own fault for letting myself get this way.
I decided to accelerate my progress to see results quicker.
So I’m working out two times a day to get my endurance up to be able to move into P90X as quickly as possible. The nice thing is, when I purchased the chocolate Shakeology, it came with 2 DVD’s one being a 30 minute workout and the other a 50 minute workout. I actually thought I would skip these, but decided if I were to promote the products, then I had better use them.
The Shakeology 30 minute work out starts out with some warm ups and some basic stretching, then moves into 3 10 minute routines. Before you know it after huffing and puffing and cursing the TV you are finished with your 30 minutes. Yes my quads/legs, stomach and arms are sore, BUT it is well worth it.
Remember I have a goal of loosing 35 pounds in 90 days which puts be at the first of April mostly thought using P90X. This will not be my end, I will beĀ moving on to Insanity to really take my workout to the next level.
The nice thing is, my journey in my 90 day body transformation is being supported by my wife and she also decided to get on board with Team Beachbody as a Coach and start loosing weight, trimming and toning up.
